Who is this program for?
- While our history as a ministry is rooted in Thin Within, now Revelation Within, which teaches an intuitive eating approach of eating between the parameters of physical hunger and satisfaction, turning to God for all the other reasons we overeat, you do NOT have to be practicing intuitive eating to join us.
- Our focus in this group is NOT on weight loss. If you want a weight loss coaching group, this isn't that. This focuses specifically on escaping from the stronghold of secretive overeating (and/or overdrinking) at night (applicable to other times of day, too). It is true that you may release weight as you overcome this habit. We support those who don't necessarily want to lose weight, though. This is for everyone who struggles with night-time overeating.
- We are deeply Christian, welcoming God into this repetitive struggle.
- We are committed to showing up for the calls each week. This has our focus and attention for 5 months and will require a lot of time, energy and effort. Please check your calendar for the next 5 months and try not to schedule anything that conflicts with 3:30pm PT each and every Wednesday (with adjustments for US holidays).
