Deep Dive #1 – Be Still Right Here
Our first session opens with the gentle, countercultural invitation to stillness. Together, we’ll reflect on what it means to surrender control, to stop reaching for the next thing, and to meet God right here in the present. You’ll leave grounded, refreshed, and renewed by His peace.

This Deep Dive will gently guide you into stillness and trust, helping you release control and experience the peace of God right where you are.
Deep Dive #3 – Lay It Down
In this session, we’ll move into deeper surrender—looking at the burdens we carry, especially the internal ones. Are there struggles you’ve held onto for too long? Places where self-effort or shame still lead the way? Jesus is offering a better path.

This Deep Dive will invite you to lay it all down—not in defeat, but in trust. You’ll be guided through reflection and prayer practices to release what no longer serves and receive what God is offering instead.
Deep Dive #2 – This Moment Is Sacred
This week, we’ll explore what it means to honor the present moment as a meeting place with God. It’s so easy to drift into regret about the past or anxiety about the future… but what if this very moment is where peace begins? Together, we’ll learn how to notice, pause, and respond to God’s gentle invitation in the now.

You’ll walk away with practical tools to slow down, quiet your mind, and stay centered in grace—right where you are.
Deep Dive #4 – Trust the Unfolding
As we close out the month, we’ll focus on what it means to walk forward from a place of abiding instead of striving. Surrender isn’t about passivity—it’s about trust. Trust in the One who sees the whole path when we only see a few steps.

This session will anchor your heart in God’s presence, equipping you to live from rest and courage—even when the future feels uncertain.
