Learn to invite the Spirit into your everyday food choices. You’ll explore five intentions that bring peace, presence, and discernment into how you eat.

Week 3: Identity in Christ

Trade performance-based worth for your true identity in Christ. Uncover the new names God speaks over you—and release the old ones that shame gave you.

Week 4: Who is God, Really?

Heal distorted views of God that keep you stuck. You’ll begin to see Him not as a disappointed observer, but as a gentle companion—even in your mess.

Week 5: Mind Renewal Basics

Shift from surface-level change to heart-level transformation by learning what it really means to renew your mind—with scripture, truth, and grace.

Week 6: Renewing the Mind - Part Two

Go deeper into thought spirals, strongholds, and the power of truth to reshape beliefs that fuel your struggle with food and body.

Week 7: Victories & Being in Process

Learn to celebrate quiet wins. You’ll discover why your journey doesn’t need to be perfect to be powerful—and how God is with you in the becoming.

Week 8: Discernment & Peaceful Eating

Find freedom through peaceful presence—not pressure. This week is all about learning how to listen to your body, your season, and your Savior.

Week 9: Big Questions - What do I Eat? Move? Weigh?

Face the questions you’ve carried quietly. With compassion and clarity, we’ll talk about food freedom, movement, and the scale—with truth and grace.

Week 10: Battling External Influences

Identify the voices and pressures shaping how you view yourself. Reclaim truth over expectations from culture, family, or your past.

Week 11: Inner Struggles - Shame, Resentment, and Grace for All

Bring your hidden struggles into the light. You’ll explore self-forgiveness, resentment, fear, and what it means to be safe with God

Week 12: Trusting God in the Mess

Learn to walk with God in the mess—not just after you’ve cleaned it up. Discover what it means to be loved right in the middle of your struggle.

Week 13: Embracing the Journey

Freedom isn’t about arriving—it’s about walking. This closing week centers you in peace and presence for the road ahead.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: Do I have to attend the live Zoom sessions to benefit from the course

A1: Not at all. All Zoom gatherings will be recorded and shared with you. If you can’t join live, you can still fully engage through the video lessons and workbook.

Q2: Will this help me lose weight?

A2: This course isn’t about weight loss—it’s about peace. While some people experience physical changes, the deeper goal is freedom from shame, striving, and rules.

Q3: I’ve done so many programs. How is this one different?

A3: Transforming Grace is rooted in Christ—not control. It’s not a diet, it’s not a checklist, and it doesn’t require perfection. It’s an invitation to walk with Jesus in your food journey—one gentle step at a time.

 

This is different from any of the programs that Revelation Within has put out there or Thin Within before... Yes, we have grace in common, but we have taken wisdom from years of coaching, teaching, podcast production and getting feedback on all of it and put the best, most valuable tools and information into this course.

Q4: How long is the course and what’s included?

A4: It’s a 13-week journey. Each week you’ll receive a short video, a printable workbook section, and an optional live Zoom session with us. The pace is gentle and grace-filled. We also have a private space in our community just for course participants. Even after our class concludes, you will continue to have access to the course videos for 6 months.

Q5: I still feel nervous. What if I mess it up?

A5: There’s no such thing. You can’t fail at grace. Come as you are. Be in process. This is holy ground, and you’re already welcome.

Q6: When are the Zoom classes?

Zoom classes will be held Wednesdays at 2pm PT starting February 25, 2026  and continuing for 13 weeks.
